Modern Sporting Rifle Introduction to Marksmanship and Fundamentals
            The firearms community continues to grow every day. Many new shooters have purchased modern sporting rifles consisting of AR, AK and other semiautomatic platforms. A basic understanding in firearms operation and marksmanship is essential to safely enjoying the shooting sports. This course will cover these topics.
            - Rules of Firearms safety and range etiquette
- Understanding Basic operation of a new shooters firearm
            - Cleaning and basic disassembly
- How to achieve a proper zero with not only iron sights but Optical sights if the user chooses to use an optic
            - Basic ballistics and how that correlates to distance
            - Proper shooting positions (Standing, Kneeling, Prone)
What to expect. A new Shooter should expect to gain a better understanding in basic firearms operation and basic marksmanship. To stress this is a not a Defensive Rifle Course. A shooter will leave feeling more comfortable with safe firearms handling and will have the skills to accurately hit their target.

-Modern Sporting Rifle. All platforms are welcome such as AR, AK, Mini 14/30, SKS etc. Please Contact us with any questions regarding if your Firearm is acceptable for the course.
            - Ballistic Eye Protection and Hearing Protection
            - Sling for your modern sporting rifle
            - Basic Firearms cleaning kit
            - 100 rounds of ammunition
            - 3 spare magazines if your firearm is capable of accepting detachable  magazines
